About Me

 Hi! I’m Emily, a licensed marriage and family therapist serving clients across California through my convenient, comfortable and HIPAA compliant teletherapy office.


I’m passionate about helping you create your best life.

When you’re tired of feeling stuck — whether it’s in your relationships, your daily mood, anxiety, or just the sense that life could be better — and you’ve already tried everything you can think of, it’s easy to start believing that real change isn’t possible. I’ve been there myself. But I’ve also learned that hope and healing are very real when you find the right therapist.

I’m a wife, a mom of two, a business owner, and a former anxiety sufferer. Because of my own life experiences, I’m especially excited to help people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they’re just going through the motions. My creative side constantly pushes me to find better, more effective ways to support my clients in reaching their goals.


I am not a passive therapist.


I believe real progress happens through active participation and using practical tools. That’s why I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with other effective approaches in my sessions. I also give every client tools, starting at the first appointment, to help you get the most out of our work together.

If you’ve tried “talk therapy” before and felt disappointed with the results, I’d love to chat. My style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth — many clients say our sessions feel more like talking with a trusted friend than traditional therapy.

That means you can show up in your comfiest hoodie, from your couch, in your car during lunch break, or even your favorite coffee spot (as long as it’s quiet and private). No driving, no traffic, no finding parking, and no sitting in a waiting room.

You get the same quality support and connection — just much more convenient and comfortable. Many of my clients say it actually helps them relax and talk more easily.
