Hi! I’m Emily, a licensed marriage and family therapist serving clients across California through my convenient, comfortable and HIPAA compliant teletherapy office.
I'm a therapist, business owner, wife, and homeschooling mom—and I know what it's like to be the person everyone depends on.
The women I work with are often successful, capable, and deeply committed to the people they love. They show up for their families, careers, businesses, and communities, yet underneath the responsibility, many feel exhausted. They spend so much time managing everyone else's needs that they've lost touch with their own.
For more than 12 years, I've helped clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can break free from patterns that keep them stuck. My approach combines evidence-based therapy with practical tools that help you reduce overthinking, set healthier boundaries, and create lasting change.
I don't believe the goal is to become less ambitious or less caring. I believe it's possible to pursue meaningful goals, care deeply about others, and still stay connected to yourself.
Because carrying responsibility isn't the problem.
Losing yourself underneath it is.
If you're ready to stop overthinking, set boundaries without guilt, and feel more like yourself again, I'd be honored to help.

I believe real progress happens through active participation and using practical tools. That’s why I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with other effective approaches in my sessions. I also give every client tools, starting at the first appointment, to help you get the most out of our work together and feel better FAST! .
If you’ve tried “talk therapy” before and felt disappointed with the results, I’d love to chat. My style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth — many clients say our sessions feel more like talking with a trusted friend than traditional therapy.

That means you can show up in your comfiest hoodie, from your couch, in your car during lunch break, or even your favorite coffee spot (as long as it’s quiet and private). No driving, no traffic, no finding parking, and no sitting in a waiting room.
You get the same quality support and connection — just much more convenient and comfortable. Many of my clients say it actually helps them relax and talk more easily.
